200-Yard NRA High-power Rifle Match

 The match is held every other month, on the 4th Saturday of the month, alternating with 200-yard CMP High Power match.

The Match is open to all. Current NRA rules will govern. Entry Fee is $20 for members and $25 for non-members, $15 for juniors. All matches to be fired at 200 yards at 2-stage targets with outriggers for sighters.

 

Course of Fire:

 

▪ Match 1: 200 yards standing, 2 sighting shots in a time limit of 2 minutes and 20 shots for record in 20 minutes. SR-1 target.

▪ Match 2: 200 yards sitting, 2 sighting shots in a time limit of 2 minutes and 20 shots with a magazine change in 60 seconds (2 strings of 10 shots each). SR-1 target.

▪ Match 3: 200 yards prone, 2 sighting shots in a time limit of 2 minutes and 20 shots with a magazine change in 70 seconds (2 strings of 10 shots each). SR-21 Target (300 yard reduced to 200).

▪ Match 4: 200 yards prone, 2 sighting shots in a time limit of 2 minutes and 20 shots for record in 20 minutes. MR-31 Target (600 yard reduced to 200). 

▪ Match 5: Aggregate of matches 1, 2, 3 & 4.

 

Any service rifle or commercial equivalent or match rifle with iron sights or approved optics and a minimum of 5-round capacity. Rapid reloading capability is needed.

200-Yard CMP GSM High-power Rifle Match

The Match is open to all. Current CMP rules will govern. Entry Fee is $15 for members and $20 for non-members, $10 for juniors. All matches to be fired at 200 yards at 2-stage targets with outriggers for sighters.  All fired on the SR-1 target.

Course of Fire:

▪ Match 1: 200 yards prone, 5 sighting shots and 10 shots for record in a time limit of 10 minutes.

▪ Match 2: 200 yards prone, 10 shots with a magazine change in time limit of 70 seconds.

▪ Match 3: 200 yards standing, 10 shots in time limit of 10 minutes.

▪ Match 4: Aggregate of matches 1, 2, 3.

100-Yard CMP M1 Carbine Match

This match is held when there is a 5th Saturday in the month.

The Match is open to all. Current CMP rules will govern. Entry Fee is $20 for members and $25 for non-members, $10 for juniors. All matches to be fired at 100 yards at 2-stage targets with outriggers for sighters.  All fired on the SR-1 target (non-reduced).

Course of Fire:

10 sighters in at time limit of 10 minutes.

▪ Match 1: 100 yards prone, 10 shots for record in a time limit of 5 minutes.

▪ Match 2: 100 yards prone from standing, 10 shots with a magazine change in a time limit of 60 seconds. Hasty sling only.

▪ Match 3: 100 yards sitting or kneeling from standing, 10 shots with a magazine change in a time limit of 60 seconds. Hasty sling only.

▪ Match 4: 100 yards standing, 10 shots in time limit of 10 minutes. No sling may be used.

▪ Match 5: Aggregate of matches 1, 2, 3, & 4.

 

Authorized Rifles:
Any M1 Carbine that complies with Rule 5.2.1;
Director’s Match: M4 Carbines (including commercial equivalents) with barrels no longer than 16 inches (not including muzzle device).

Modified F- Class

Match fee is $10 for members, and $15 for non-members. 

The Modified F-Class match is held on the 2nd Sunday of the month.  

This match is shot from the bench or prone, using three MR31 targets at 200 yards,  up to 5 sighters and 20 shots for record in 25 minutes.   Center fire rifles with bore no larger than .35 caliber are allowed.  This is not an NRA sactioned match.
