TIME:  9:00 AM. Registration will be accepted on each day of the match until 8:45 AM to the capacity of the range provided no additional relays are needed

LOCATION:  On the West side of Commercial Way (Hwy. 19) in Hernando County, the club is located within the Chassahowitzka Wild Life Management Area - 9½ miles North of Hwy 50

ELIGIBILITY: All competitors are welcome to compete in club matches.  State Championship requires member ship in USAS and FSSA.

RULES: Current USAS Rules will be used.

REGISTRATION AND FEES:  Entry fee is $10.00. Make checks payable to the Hernando Sportsman’s Club. Entries limited to one relay of 40 competitors for each match. Priority will be given to competitors entering both days of competition.

CLASSSIFICATION:  All competitors will use their current USAS classification.  Three minimum to make a Class or Category. Less than three in a Class will be combined with the next higher Class. Categories will be combined at the discretion of the Match Director. Unclassified competitors will compete in the highest Class if their ability level cannot be determined by a means acceptable to the Match Director.

Air Pistol:                               Full Course is 60 shots for record for Men, 40 shots for record for Women.  Preparation period: 5 minutes. Sighting period: 15 minutes. Record shots: 20 shots per stage, 5 shots per bull. Multiple targets will be posted for each stage.

Center Fire / Sport Pistol:    Center Fire Pistol (Men)/Sport Pistol (Women and Juniors)

Precision Stage:  Preparation period: 5 minutes. Sighting in period: one stage of 5 shots in 5 minutes. Record shots: 30 shots fired in six 5 minute stages of 5 shots

Rapid Fire Stage: Preparation period: 3 minutes. Sighting in period: one stage of 5 shots. Record shots: 30 shots fired in 5 shot stages. Targets will be presented for 3 seconds after an initial 7 second delay and at 7 second intervals thereafter. One shot is fired at each presentation.

Free Pistol:                            Preparation period: 10 minutes. Sighting in period: 15 minutes. Full course will be fired in six 20 minute stages of 10 shots per stage.

Standard Pistol:                    Preparation period: 5 minutes. Sighting in period: one stage of 5 shots in 150 seconds.

                                                Slow fire: Four stages of 5 shots in 150 seconds per stage.

                                                Timed Fire: Four stages of 5 shots in 20 seconds per stage.

                                                Rapid Fire: Four stages of 5 shots in 10 seconds per stage.

SCORING: Except for Air Pistol targets which will be scored at the end of the Air Pistol Match, targets will be scored by competitors after every 10 shots, Targets will be repaired by competitors. Only Match Director or Match Supervisor will use plug type scoring gages.

AWARDS: No awards shall be presented.

MISCELLANEOUS: Competitors are responsible for providing their own staple guns and repair stickers. Matches may be fired in mildly inclement weather. Match Director may delay the match in severe weather. Bottled water and soft drinks and snack bar are available at the range.  Camping on the club grounds is available on a limited basis.  The club house has a snack bar and lavatory facilities.
